Baker Street Properties manages several condos located in Nielson Square. Each unit is provided with one parking permit at the beginning of the lease period. Baker Street does not manage the parking, and the parking is managed by Landarc.

Baker Street does not manage the entire complex, parking or the towing service.  Landarc is the HOA's management company. They can be reached via email at custsvc@landarc.com regarding issues with towing or parking.
